The Kurdistan Territorial Government, drove by State head Masrour Barzani, has established the groundwork for a $480 million crisis water supply project in Erbil.
The project, which is expected to be finished in 550 days, aims to completely address the city’s water shortage by treating 480,000 cubic meters of water each day and providing 20,000 to 21,000 cubic meters of potable water to various neighborhoods every hour.
The undertaking will draw water from the More prominent Zab Stream and utilize present day filtration and sanitization methods in accordance with WHO principles. Furthermore, it will permit the conclusion of north of 1,000 wells to monitor groundwater.
