Province of Regulation alliance part Haider Al-Lami uncovered today, Monday, that there is no claim documented against Al-Halbousi to rebuff him for the wrongdoing of imitation, because of which he was eliminated from the administration of the Place of Agents.
“The Iraqi Penal Code does not punish anyone who commits a sin if nobody files a lawsuit against him,” Al-Lami stated.
He added, “Al-Halbousi was excused from the Place of Delegates by a choice of the Government Court on charges of imitation, yet he was not rebuffed for his activities, on the grounds that no claim was recorded against him on the charge for which he was excused.”
That’s what he expressed “the individual hurt by fraud or some other demonstration should record a claim against the individual who carried out the wrongdoing to go to the essential lengths as per the Iraqi Reformatory Code. Therefore, despite the harm he has done to Parliament and the political process, Al-Halbousi has not been sued on forgery charges, though he may have taken steps to avoid prosecution.
