With the document, education directors are granted the authority to grant no-objection certificates to employees continuing their studies outside Iraq.

The Ministry of training announced that Minister of schooling Ibrahim Al-Jubouri has granted all directors-wellknown of schooling the authority to furnish no-objection letters to employees persevering with their research out of doors Iraq, in accordance with regulation No. 20 of 2020, provided that their graduation letter is issued before September 1, 2024.
