As part of its external relations and monetary coordination strategy, Iraq’s cabinet has authorised the Minister of Finance, or a delegated representative, to negotiate and sign draft agreements geared toward keeping off double taxation and stopping tax evasion with China, Qatar, and the Czech Republic.
The Ministry of foreign Affairs will prepare the required authorisation documents on behalf of the Republic of Iraq and submit them for the prime Minister’s signature.
