The Iraqi-French Business Council (IFBC) has signed a new Memorandum of Understanding with Business France to boost economic cooperation and open more investment doors between Iraq and France.
The signing took place in the presence of Benoit Trivulce, the CEO of Business France. This agreement is designed to strengthen partnerships between the two countries and help more French companies explore business opportunities inside Iraq.
Eng. Adham Al Fakhar, who led the Iraqi delegation for IFBC, described the agreement as a major step forward for increasing French investments in the country.
Representatives from Business France also stressed that they are committed to building stronger ties with their Iraqi partners. The council added that Pascal Roger from Business France played a key role in helping move the negotiations forward.
