The Ministry of Health said on Saturday that reports claiming doctors’ salaries were suspended are not true.
In a statement, the ministry denied rumors that government salaries for doctors who also work in private clinics had been stopped. It stressed that no decision or instruction has been issued by either the government or the Ministry of Health to suspend these salaries.
The ministry confirmed that the information being shared is false and has no official basis.
