The Central Bank of Iraq has announced a new public tender to supply computer equipment for the bank.

The project is estimated to cost about 767.5 million Iraqi dinars (around $586,000). The money will come from the bank’s 2026 capital budget.

The bank is inviting local companies with the right experience to take part in the tender.

Companies that want to apply can get the tender documents from the Legal Department, Contracts Section of the Central Bank. The office is located in Building No. 2, third floor, on Al-Rasheed Street in Baghdad.

The documents cost 250,000 Iraqi dinars (about $191) and the fee is non-refundable. Companies can also buy the documents online through the government’s electronic procurement platform, but they will need to pay the document fee along with the platform’s service charges.

The deadline to submit bids is the end of official working hours on Monday, April 20, 2026. All proposals must be delivered to the Central Bank’s Legal Department at the same address.

The company that wins the contract will also be responsible for all taxes and legal fees under Iraqi law, as well as the costs related to publishing the tender notice and documenting the contract electronically.
