The Iraqi Ministry of Finance announced on Wednesday that it has officially started funding employee salaries for September.
According to a brief statement from the ministry, the salary funding process began today and the necessary financial procedures are now underway.
This step means government departments can begin completing the remaining procedures needed to pay employees their salaries for the current month.
