The Ministry of Agriculture announced on Sunday that farmers’ payments will be released after Eid al-Adha.
In a statement, the ministry said the Ministry of Finance has promised to begin paying farmers after the holiday period.
The ministry also explained that it continues to receive government support through financial allocations for different agricultural sectors, including seeds, farming equipment, vaccines, and other important supplies needed to support farmers and agricultural production.
