Al-Fatah Partnership part Ali Al-Fatlawi said on Saturday that the Sunni issues depend on the restricted interests of the Sunni parties themselves.
Al-Fatlawi stated in a statement that “the results of the vacancy of the position were reflected on the political process as a whole” and that “the reason for the vacancy of the position of the Speaker of Parliament for more than nine months is due to Sunni differences based on narrow interests.”
“The Sunni political situation is more complicated than it was in the past due to the recent splits and the fragmentation of Sunni forces into five parties and it is likely to expand to seven,” he continued, “The five Sunni parties fighting over the presidency of the House of Representatives will not find a solution or a figure to agree on to represent them for more than nine months.”
It is critical that the Place of Agents is at present shown to the Main Representative Speaker of the Chamber and is proceeding to enact significant regulations and won’t be impacted by the shortfall of the previous excused Speaker of Parliament.
