The periodic meeting of the Service and Engineering Effort Team was led by Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani today, Sunday, during which the team’s initiated projects for 2024 were evaluated.

The Prime Minister’s Media Office released a statement stating that “Al-Sudani heard a thorough explanation of the complete status of all projects carried out in all governorates, concerning the paving and furnishing of streets and roads, as well as the rehabilitation and upkeep of schools and health centers in areas and neighborhoods that require municipal services, which aids in the development of the service reality in them.

He stressed the need for “the Service and Engineering Effort Team to continue with the same enthusiasm, and to raise the pace of work in deprived areas that need urgent services, pointing to the basic tasks of the effort, which are represented in providing the basic and urgent services that the citizen needs and cannot be postponed, in addition to completing the stalled municipal service projects that have been stopped for years, and His Excellency directed to expedite the purchase of mechanisms for the effort team.”
