Nasr Coalition spokesman Salam al-Zubaidi confirmed on Tuesday that the Coordination Framework determined to delay the enactment of the popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) regulation until the following parliamentary consultation, attributing this to US interference and stress, in addition to efforts to prevent its use in the elections.
