The State leader of the Kurdistan Territorial Government, Masrour Barzani, affirmed today, Monday, to the Legislative head of the National Bank, Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, that a portion of 1,000,000 people getting pay rates have been enrolled in the {My Account} banking project.

“The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, received the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, and they discussed the (My Account) banking project, in which the number of registered public sector salary recipients has so far exceeded half a million,” according to a statement released by the regional government.

He added, “It is normal that the compensations of 200,000 recently enrolled individuals will be paid through (My Record) one month from now,” taking note of that “the different sides settled on the significance of proceeding with the undertaking, and the help and follow-up of the National Bank.”

He made sense of that “the gathering examined speeding up the accomplishment of monetary consideration in the Kurdistan Area, as a component of the essential targets of the National Bank of Iraq and its means towards digitizing the financial area.”
