Iraqi high Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani chaired a assembly on Monday of the high Committee tasked with reassessing and restructuring the forums of directors of kingdom-owned banks and the important bank of Iraq (CBI).

The committee accredited several guidelines focused on comparing board overall performance as a part of a broader programme of banking and monetary reform. The top Minister emphasised the important role of those boards in main strategic course, making sure transparency and responsibility, and assessing institutional monetary risks.

He also called for more potent coordination between the boards, government entities, and the personal quarter to boost monetary and developmental regulations that help Iraq’s monetary increase.
