The COM was supposed to vote on the budget [yesterday], but it didn’t. Why? The budget is being protected. The next opportunity may be on the 10th, when we could see the COM vote on it. Then, on the 15th, we hope the COM will submit the budget to parliament, setting many things in motion. So much is building toward a crescendo…
