The Iraqi cabinet is currently unfinished. Since May 15th, Al-Zaidi has occupied 14 of the 23 cabinet positions. Interior and defense are still open. When the legislature returns from its EID break in June, those nominations are presented to the legislature. The disarmament committee begins certifying which groups were subject to federal control and which are still operating outside the law the same week. Sadr added the first name to the list. The remainder ought to come in June.
