The ‘White Papers’ represent a collection of various elements compiled by the United States. This has been a longstanding demand of ours. However, successive prime ministers have let us down. The White Papers encompass the monetary reform. They outline the steps for the HCL. They include Article 140… They detail all the measures that were recently submitted, which we refer to as the establishment of the government of Iraq. They also incorporate the economic reform that will be initiated once the monetary reform is activated. Furthermore, they address the elimination of Iranian influence… banking regulations. They encompass numerous aspects that the United States of America has been urging this government to undertake. This document was developed over the past few years in collaboration with the IMF, World Bank, Bank of International Settlements, US Treasury, and the Central Bank of Iraq, among others… The United States of America provided this to Sudani, who took no action on them. Now, we are presenting them to Zaidi. Together with Trump, Zaidi is now in the process of implementing these reforms.
