According to Iraqi Dinar Central Banks Guru Terrance :

Terrance: Iraq has no responsibility to honor holders of foreign currency. They don’t keep track of the amount of dinar outside of Iraq, because it has no value to them. It can’t be exchanged for goods or services, nor does it stimulate their economy. Therefore, they have no responsibility to honor it…however, they will, because they would rather not alienate banks or investors by doing otherwise. Question: “When the rate change does occur…and they give their citizens in Iraq a time frame to exchange the current notes for new lower denominations…does that apply to us? Are we going to have to contact Chase or Bank of America to find out exactly what that window is? Or do you think the Central Bank of Iraq will put out a rule book…for what it’s going to be for foreign holders of the currency?”

According to Intel Guru Reset Intelligence :

Chevron does not gamble…and does not pre-pay. Its entire business is deciding which countries can be trusted to deliver barrels against dollars. It has priced that question in Iraq at no for two decades. This week its answer changed on the strength of books that years of audits, seizures and teller training have made readable. The most reliable verdicts on a country never come from its politicians. They come from the people whose own money is at stake. Washington rebuilt Baghdad’s vault with a cash airlift…and now private capital…is paying in advance. Each one is a wager placed with real money that Baghdad delivers what it has scheduled. Why the currency underneath those wagers sits where it sits is…the case for revaluation. That schedule is short now…

According to Iraqi Dinar Intel Guru Frank26 :

Question: “In relation to, ‘Know when to hold’em and when to fold’em’, how does this apply to currency exchanges?” Frank26: It’s essential to understand when to hold onto your dinars and when to exchange them, especially as we approach a reinvestment opportunity (RI). For instance, when the dinar reaches 1 to 1, what will your strategy be? If you have 1 million dinars, that equates to $1 million. Sure, you could exchange right away, but you also have the option to hold onto them and see if the value rises—perhaps up to $3.22. What does that imply? Holding onto 1 million dinars could potentially turn into $3.2 million. Now, think about what happens if we enter a revaluation (RV) phase. Once the value surpasses $3.22, you’ll need to decide whether to cash out or wait for it to climb higher—possibly hitting $3.86, $4, or even more. These are the critical choices you must weigh. It’s all about knowing when to hold on and when to let go.

According to Newshound Guru Clare :

Report: “A major shift in the relationship between Baghdad and Washington… The US Chargé d’Affaires: Al-Zaidi’s visit resulted in agreements worth $60 billion, and Trump looks forward to a fruitful partnership with Iraq” : “The U.S. Chargé d’Affaires in Iraq, Steven Fagin, affirmed that relations between Baghdad and Washington are on the cusp of a new phase of development and transformation…”

According to Iraqi Dinar Newshound Guru Ariel :

THE REVALUATION CASCADE: Since 2003, Iraq’s currency rate has been artificially repressed. The current budget for 2027 is based on a new program rate. Not the previous one. Iraq’s true resource-backed value is reflected in the new one. All old dinar holders with actual notes registered in an approved account are exchanged at the new rate. The overnight wealth resides in the space between the suppressed program rate and the sovereign rate. [Post 2 of 2]

According to Newshound Guru Ariel :

THE REVALUATION CASCADE: Since 2003, Iraq’s currency rate has been artificially repressed. Under the program rate, the dinar was purposefully set at a low 1,470 to the dollar. Iraq’s currency was weak, not because the country is impoverished. Iraq has proven oil reserves of 145 billion barrels, or 9% of the world’s total. Include the northern provinces’ natural gas, phosphate, sulfur, and gold reserves. Iraqi economic reports: The asset base is not reflected in the currency. [First of two posts]

According to Iraqi Dinar Intel Guru Bruce :

[via WiserNow] …if you recall, one of our sources, who was very high up in the banking industry, told us that he believed there was a real back wall for us to get alerts for Tier 4B 800 numbers on Monday, the 14th. The United Nations operating rates are released on the first and 15th of each month, thus there will be new prices on Forex Sunday overnight on the 13th and 14th, along with alerts for us on the 15th.I believe they were attempting to match themselves with the new UN operating rates that will be released on the 15th.
