Prediction market platform Myriad has integrated infrastructure from Chainlink to automate prediction market creation, settlement, and payouts with near real-time execution.
The integration combines Chainlink Data Streams with the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE), allowing Myriad to automate the full lifecycle of crypto prediction markets tied initially to:
- Bitcoin
- Ethereum
- BNB
- Solana
Using CRE, Myriad says its system can continuously coordinate:
- market creation,
- deterministic data feeds,
- outcome resolution,
- and settlement execution
inside a unified orchestration layer rather than relying on fragmented oracle networks or manual settlement processes.
The move is designed to reduce:
- payout delays,
- centralized resolution risks,
- and operational bottlenecks that have historically affected prediction markets.
Johann Eid, Chief Business Officer at Chainlink Labs, said the integration could improve scalability and fairness as prediction markets expand into more asset classes.
Myriad also confirmed plans to expand beyond crypto into:
- equities,
- commodities,
- indices,
- and event-driven prediction markets
that require real-world data feeds.
The announcement comes shortly after Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation selected Chainlink technology for its tokenized collateral management initiative known as Collateral AppChain. That project is expected to enter production in Q4 2026 and aims to automate valuation, margining, collateral optimization, and settlement workflows across tokenized financial systems.
The broader significance of the Myriad integration is that it reflects growing institutional and commercial demand for:
- automated on-chain settlement,
- trusted oracle infrastructure,
- and scalable event-resolution systems
as blockchain-based financial applications move into more real-world use cases.
