The planned government program appeals to me, and I particularly appreciate that Zaidi is adhering to Khadimi’s White Paper for necessary transformation. Remember that the White Paper expressly identifies the changes required to restore the IQD to Forex. Be patient; it will take some time for Zaidi to pass the laws required to end the current armed faction system before sending them to Parliament for approval. Everyone should be thrilled this morning, but they shouldn’t be expecting anything.
