The value will not grow gradually (FLOAT). It will be created all at once and remain that way for a very long period. There won’t be a float, according to the CBI. Iraq will start our transactions when they have finished dealing with the unbanked Dinar. They just don’t have the infrastructure built up yet, so this probably won’t happen for another year.
