Keep in mind that the Development Road project is proceeding, the port of Faw is already operational, the ASCUNDA system has been installed, and Kurdistan’s districts still need to be finalized before it can be fully implemented. A large portion of the groundwork has already been completed. In my view, the financial and banking changes that we previously learnt about have also been largely completed.
