Oil announces revenues of $9.4 billion from sales last September

On Sunday, the Ministry of Oil announced Iraq’s total oil exports and revenues for September, based on preliminary statistics from the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO).

The Ministry stated that crude oil exports totaled 103,143,199 barrels, generating $9.494 billion in revenue.

According to the statement, “In September, the oil fields in central and southern Iraq exported a total of 102,220,441 barrels of crude oil, with 449,423 barrels exported to Jordan. Meanwhile, Qayyarah exported 473,335 barrels.”

The Ministry stated that they exported an average quantity of 3.438 million barrels per day, with each barrel costing an average of $92.05.
