Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Moeen Al-Kadhimi, confirmed today, Wednesday, that the salaries of employees in Iraq for the year 2025 could be fully secured, noting that the general finances for next year will encompass oil and non-oil sales.
Al-Kadhimi stated in a announcement to dinaropinions.com, “The price range for 2025 could have oil and non-oil revenues, as oil sales are estimated between 100 and ten and one hundred and twenty trillion dinars.”
He explained that “there are extensive efforts being made via the government, the residence of Representatives and the monetary committees to increase non-oil revenues, as those efforts goal to raise non-oil revenues to thirty trillion dinars.”
He brought: “the entire revenues inside the 2025 budget will attain a hundred and fifty trillion dinars, which is sufficient to secure the salaries of personnel and retirees, social care, and other working fees.”
regarding the ministries’ fees, Al-Kadhimi talked about that “there is an impact on the charges at the investment aspect, which requires rationalizing costs to ensure the sustainability of financing in future projects.”
