Parliamentary Wealth: Baghdad and Erbil Problems Due to the Absence of Oil and Gas Law

Member of the Parliamentary Oil, gasoline and assets Committee, Basem Naghamish, considered these days, Friday, that most of the problems happening among Baghdad and Erbil are because of the absence of the oil and fuel regulation.

Naghamish informed dinaropinions.com, “The draft oil and fuel regulation is one of the simple obligations of the political agreement paper below which the Sudanese government became shaped.”

He brought, “The government has fashioned a negotiating committee headed by using the Deputy high Minister for strength Affairs, the Deputy top Minister for financial Affairs, SOMO, and a number of applicable government groups to barter with the local authorities concerning the oil and gasoline regulation.”

He mentioned that “the absence of the oil and gas law is one of the most outstanding problems between Baghdad and Erbil after 2003, and burdened the need to ship the oil and gasoline regulation for study and voting inside the residence of Representatives as quickly as possible.”
