Rehabilitation of an electrical station that has been inoperable for 10 years in Anbar

Anbar Lead representative’s Counselor for Energy Undertakings, Aziz Khalaf Al-Tarmouz, reported today, Saturday, the reproduction and restoration of an electrical station that has been out of activity for over 10 years in Anbar.

Al-Tarmouz told : ” The Overall Electric Power Transmission Organization, in a joint effort with the Anbar Center Power Dispersion Branch, has started the recreation and restoration of the Saada electrical station 132/33K.V GIS in Al-Qaim region, west of Anbar.”

He added, “The activity of the station will add to reestablishing electrical capacity to the areas of Al-Qaim and Al-Rummanah regions and some of their subsidiary locale and towns, as well as setting them up for agrarian ventures and resuscitating sections of land that rely upon electrical flow for their activity.”

“The station quit working over a long time back because of it being besieged by the psychological oppressor association ISIS.”
