We like to follow the money…In October the Treasury named a Baghdad bank it says shipped profits to Iran in dollars every month…In September it named an Iraqi faction siphoning from a $2.6 billion dollar state payroll…What that describes is a machine that turned oil money into militias, laundered dollars and terror funding for two decades.
