The value of Iraq’s oil is tied to the revaluation of the Dinar. It is astonishing that Iraq continues to operate under a 51-year-old oil and gas law, especially considering the IQD’s value of just $0.00076. It is evident that Iraq must pass the HCL to enhance the purchasing power of the dinar, which is essential for the country’s future prosperity.
