The Ministry of Finance’s Accounting Department has begun using the QR code (electronic issuance health system) in its daily operations.
“As for the (financing platform), the response is currently limited to inquiries from spending units for the financing process in ministries, governorates, and entities not affiliated with a ministry,” read a statement issued by the department.
“This comes within the framework of the government’s orientation to simplify government procedures, reduce time and effort, as well as reduce administrative momentum in institutions, and move away from paper transactions,” he said.
