On Thursday, the Ministry of Finance said that it had nothing to do with any activity that was promoted on websites and social media platforms under the name “Tadawul” or other programs like that.
In a statement, the ministry confirmed that it is not accountable for the advertisements or information about this program that have been published.
The Ministry clarified that neither a license nor an accreditation to promote these financial activities to the general public was granted to any trading program or platform.
The ministry advised citizens against interacting with any platforms or individuals promoting this program, as well as against attempts to exploit users and provide inaccurate information.
To avoid falling into the trap of electronic fraud, the Ministry urged individuals to exercise caution and rely on official sources to obtain information regarding any financial platforms or programs.
