Member: Mark you touched on the HCL this morning can you elaborate please. Does it have to pass for the RV?
MZ: We don’t know if it has to….but, I was told from day 1 that within hours of seeing the HCL pass…we would see a new rate…..so, I keep looking for it….but we don’t necessarily have to have it.
Member: The HCL cannot be passed without a rate. If it passes then you can bet the rate will be within 72 hours.
Member: They cannot use lower denom notes without the RV/RI- it would be an economic disaster
MZ: Yes it would. There is no need for lower denominations unless the big ones have too much value.
MZ: This released this afternoon. I do not know yet if this is a good thing or a bad thing , but he was a Iraqi out of Iraq. “ US airstikes kills militia leader behind deadly drone attack on American Base”
MZ: I continue to lose sources to NDA’s. I cannot imagine that they would be signing them, agreeing to them, or going quiet unless they have either received funds or got a clear indication when they will receive funds. ….These are historic bond people specifically.
MZ: Some group leaders also remain quiet. I do not think they have received anything but am starting to suspect that bond people may have gotten their first 1% that was supposed to be paid in fiat.
MZ: This was to be the preparation step before we go. I am pretty excited about the number of people that suddenly are going quiet ……and they are very up front and tell me they can’t say anything now.
Member: mark I think your correct. nda is blanket even for 1% and description.
Member: People who just go to the bank, will be seriously miffed if they knew the RC rates. One good reason for NDA.
Mark, what do is the importance of “Reno”? Is there a reason things have to happen there first instead of a “normal” RC?
Member: I heard RENO is an international Finance Hub….Also rumor has it the new US Treasury may relocate there????
Member: Yellen said today we don’t need to balance the budget, just focus on growing and collecting taxes!
Member: Mark, please don’t look at your email while on vacay. Peace of mind is golden. Have a great trip!!!
