H100 CEO Eirik Grøttum has increased his stake in the Swedish Bitcoin treasury company by purchasing 407,163 shares worth a total of SEK 621,887.

The purchases were made through Kode Oslo AS, which bought 405,663 shares on Sept. 15 at an average price of SEK 1.53 and another 1,500 shares on Aug. 19 at SEK 1.40. The combined average price was SEK 1.53 per share.

Following the purchases, Kode Oslo now holds 2,771,787 H100 shares. Grøttum is a board member of Kode Oslo, owns 20% of the company and is involved in its investment decisions.

Another company linked to Grøttum, Olav Grøttum Holding AS, owns 2,627,677 H100 shares. Grøttum fully owns that company.

Together, the two companies now hold 5,399,464 H100 shares.

The share purchases are separate from H100’s Bitcoin holdings. The company continues to report 3,506.4 BTC on its balance sheet.

H100 reached that Bitcoin total after completing its acquisition of NSD AS on Aug. 10. The deal added 2,455.37 BTC to the company’s existing 1,051.03 BTC holdings at the end of June.

H100 did not pay cash for the acquisition. Instead, it issued 790,534,666 new shares to the sellers at SEK 1.86 per share, giving the transaction a value of about SEK 1.47 billion.

After the deal, H100 had 1,128,931,358 shares outstanding. Geir Harald Hansen received about 69.2% of the company through 781,676,551 shares.

H100 described the transaction as the largest M&A deal completed in the European public Bitcoin equity sector, although this description comes from the company and has not been independently confirmed across all public-market transactions.

The company began building its Bitcoin treasury on a much smaller scale in May 2025, when it purchased 4.39 BTC. It later raised money through equity and convertible financing to increase its Bitcoin holdings.

By June 30, 2026, H100 held 1,051.03 BTC. The August acquisition then more than tripled its Bitcoin position.

H100 operates as a technology company focused on health and longevity providers while also maintaining a Bitcoin treasury strategy. Because of its large Bitcoin holdings, the company’s financial results can be affected by changes in Bitcoin prices.

For the second quarter, H100 reported an operating loss of SEK 88.7 million and a pre-tax loss of SEK 98.2 million. The company said SEK 93.3 million of the pre-tax loss came from items that did not affect cash flow.

For the first half of 2026, H100 reported a pre-tax loss of SEK 253.6 million, while operating cash flow was negative SEK 12.7 million. Its equity ratio stood at 86% at the end of June.

Grøttum has said that simply raising money to buy Bitcoin may not be enough for companies using a Bitcoin treasury strategy. H100 plans to combine capital allocation, capital-markets activity, acquisitions and operating cash flow with its Bitcoin holdings.

The latest insider purchase also comes shortly after H100 discussed possible share buybacks.

New Swedish rules coming into effect on Dec. 5 will allow certain public companies trading on multilateral trading facilities to buy and hold their own shares. H100 trades on NGM Nordic SME.

Grøttum said share buybacks could become one of the company’s capital-allocation options, particularly if H100 shares trade below the value of the company’s assets.

However, H100 has not announced a share-repurchase program. Any future buyback would require shareholder approval followed by a board decision and a public announcement.

For now, the company’s latest disclosures continue to show 3,506.4 BTC in its Bitcoin treasury, while the recent insider transactions have increased the shareholdings connected to its CEO.
