Why did they give you only two days’ notice to finish [the cabinet] after waiting five months? They don’t want to give you enough time to go back and purchase a large quantity of dinar. Because the rate change is brought about by this. It all comes down to timing and getting things done fast. A planned rate change date has to coincide with the Cabinet. Everything is scheduled by bankers who wrote the rate change.
