Saman Ali, a frontrunner within the national position movement, warned in opposition to escalating the protests in Sulaymaniyah Governorate against the Kurdistan local authorities if protesters’ demands concerning the charge of worker salaries are not met.

Ali advised dinaropinions.com, “The employees in Sulaymaniyah have threatened to increase their protests due to the continued monetary crisis and behind schedule salaries, caution of a popular rebellion in reaction to the deteriorating living conditions.”

He introduced, “The nearby government has not complied with agreements concluded with Baghdad, nor has it passed over oil exports to SOMO or non-oil sales to federal government, which has contributed to deepening the financial disaster and harming Kurdish residents.”
