US Dollar edges higher in Baghdad and Erbil

The US dollar started Sunday higher against the Iraqi dinar, showing a noticeable increase from the previous day.

In Baghdad, the dollar reached 153,600 dinars per 100 dollars in the Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchanges, up from 152,900 dinars on Saturday.

In local exchange shops in the capital, the selling price hit 154,000 dinars, while the buying price was 153,000 dinars.

In Erbil, the dollar was also higher, with selling prices at 153,650 dinars per 100 dollars and buying prices at 152,550 dinars.

Overall, the market saw a clear upward move, with the dollar gaining value at the start of the week.
