
Coordination Framework member Uday Abdul-Hadi said on Friday that there are no red lines when it comes to opening corruption files and pursuing people accused of stealing public money.
Speaking to dinaropinions.com, Abdul-Hadi said the Coordination Framework fully supports efforts to fight financial and administrative corruption inside state institutions. He stressed the importance of carrying out transparent investigations through the proper government agencies to uncover all corruption cases.
He added that the Framework strongly backs any step aimed at protecting public funds and fighting corruption, saying this position has been repeated many times by the coalition’s leaders.
Abdul-Hadi also said the Coordination Framework supports the government’s efforts to arrest those involved in corruption cases. He described corruption as a serious threat to state institutions and a dangerous problem that must be eliminated.
He ended by saying the coming period is expected to see many new investigations, expressing hope that they will produce important results and expose everyone involved in misusing public money.
