Al-Sudani forms a committee to consider stopping the salaries of three segments in Diyala

On Thursday, Representative Raad Al-Dahli declared that a committee will be established to investigate the possibility of suspending the wages of three sectors in Diyala.

The heirs of many of the deceased, martyrs, and retirees from the people of Diyala were surprised when their pension salaries were cut without warning because there was a security indicator against them or one of their family members based on information provided by one of the security services, according to Al-Dahlaki in an interview.

He stated, “Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani was approached, and he issued direct instructions to his office to form a committee to consider and present results within a short period in order to determine the specific solution points, and that cutting salaries will cause severe harm to families who depend on their salaries.”

He stated that “the issue will be followed up with the Prime Minister’s Office in order to find urgent solutions to the families’ issue.”
As a preventative step, the security indicator results in some segments’ incomes being reduced so that they may be audited in compliance with the security framework’s standards.
