Basra Heavy crude oil prices rose in the latest trading session, closing at $55.66 per barrel after gaining $2.59, or 4.88%. However, the price still recorded a weekly loss of $18.46, or 24.91%.
Basra Medium crude also increased by $2.59, or 4.54%, to close at $59.66 per barrel. Despite the daily gain, it was still down $18.44, or 23.61%, for the week.
