We thought that nearly all had already been gone in August, but it is clear that Iraq does not want American forces in the nation if they want to feel like they have complete sovereignty. Therefore, the Prime Minister anticipates making a declaration regarding Iraq’s sovereignty around or on September 30. We are aware that the currency will be revalued sooner rather than later, and the necessary finances are already in place for all of this to happen.
