When a country is subject to limitations and US sanctions, it is not completely sovereign. Sovereignty—no foreign troops in Iraq and no weaponry for the factions—is one of PM Z’s main concerns when he travels to Washington. If a foreign nation, like the United States, continues to impose limitations and penalties on you, you do not have national sovereignty. He will be there on July 15th to talk for Iraqi sovereignty.That’s one of the reasons I keep telling you that before Iraq travels to the US in mid-July to meet with the Trump administration, the rate needs to change. Before Iraq to become a completely sovereign nation free from American limitations and sanctions, the rate must alter.
