In my view, all of this debate about eliminating zeros—which is a neutral event to decrease trillions to billions—is inappropriate for Iraq. These are short-term solutions, but they don’t really deal with the underlying problems; at this point, they’re only ways to deter conjecture.Eventually, their currency will be floating. This does not happen suddenly; rather, it happens gradually.
