On October 17, 2023, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) met with a group of investors from the Kurdistan Region.
During a recent meeting, Prime Minister Barzani emphasized the Kurdistan Regional Government’s unwavering dedication to promoting the investment sector. He emphasized the cabinet’s continuous efforts to facilitate projects for both local and foreign investors, while also working to eliminate barriers. Additionally, the Prime Minister recognized advancements made in the investment process and expressed a desire to take further action in order to increase investment opportunities.
Prime Minister Barzani highlighted KRG’s banking and digital reform initiatives for public financial services.
The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to the private sector and investors for their collaborative efforts in joint ventures aimed at improving the economy, strengthening infrastructure, and creating more job opportunities.
