Management Partners and BHTC Launch Strategic Alliance to Drive Digital Transformation in Iraq’s Financial Sector

Management Partners (MP) and BHTC for Training and Consulting have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating the modernization and digital transformation of Iraq’s financial services industry.

The new agreement sets the foundation for cooperation across several key areas, including strategy development, policy design, institutional strengthening, and capacity building.

MP brings expertise in economic growth, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence, while BHTC contributes its experience in organizational development and structured training programs for financial institutions.

Founded in February 2010, MP now employs more than 40 professionals across Baghdad, Berlin, Manama, and Dubai. The firm’s regional presence and advanced technology capabilities enable it to support financial institutions undergoing major transitions.

Through this alliance, both organizations aim to provide comprehensive sector transformation support, covering strategy execution, digital modernization, and workforce upskilling.

The initiative is also designed to help Iraq expand digital services, strengthen governance systems, and enhance the resilience of its financial sector as the country continues moving through broader economic reforms.
