The budget can’t get approved till the new currency value exists. It’s a law. Since the budget is based on the currency value, all elements of a legislation must exist for them to approve it, including the currency value. Therefore, before it can be submitted to parliament for approval, that must exist. This is the reason they informed us almost a month ago that the budget will be approved following the formation of the government, since they get a change of rate prior to approving the budget.
