Global oil prices climbed on Tuesday, recovering some of the losses from the previous session as uncertainty over U.S.-Iran talks increased concerns about energy supplies from the Middle East.
Investors remained cautious as discussions aimed at ending the U.S.-Iran trade conflict continued without clear results. Rising worries about possible disruptions to oil flows from the region helped push prices higher.
Brent crude futures increased to $84.89 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude rose to $81.11 per barrel after experiencing a sharp drop in the previous trading session.
