Oil prices rose in global markets on Tuesday, extending gains from the previous session as investors continued to monitor risks affecting energy supplies and broader market conditions.

Brent crude increased by 56 cents, or 0.6%, to reach $91.05 per barrel. Meanwhile, U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude gained 83 cents, or 1%, to trade at $86.59 per barrel.

The advance followed strong gains recorded on Monday, when Brent crude climbed 2.7% and WTI rose 2.8%, reflecting renewed buying interest in the oil market.

Market sentiment remained supported by growing concerns over potential supply disruptions and heightened geopolitical and economic uncertainties. Investors continued to closely watch developments that could influence global crude supply and demand balances.

Analysts noted that rising risk levels in energy markets have contributed to recent price strength, with traders assessing both short-term supply factors and longer-term market fundamentals.

The latest gains underscore ongoing volatility in the oil market as participants react to changing global conditions and expectations for future energy demand.
