Dr. Salah Boushi, a member of the State of Law Coalition, said the coalition is still standing behind its candidates for ministerial positions, even though they were not approved during the first session of government formation.

Boushi explained that discussions between political parties are still ongoing and that it is too early to say that the remaining cabinet positions have been finalized. He said the coalition is handling the issue with a sense of national responsibility and is working to complete the government based on political agreements and the needs of the current situation.

He stressed that the State of Law Coalition remains committed to the candidates it originally nominated. According to Boushi, their failure to win approval was not due to a lack of experience or qualifications. Instead, he said the issue was linked to political agreements that were not fully implemented during the government formation process.

Boushi also noted that the coalition has seen a serious effort within the Coordination Framework to complete the remaining ministerial appointments. He expressed hope that the cabinet will soon be finalized in line with constitutional procedures and political agreements.

He added that completing the cabinet would help strengthen political stability and allow the government to move forward with its program and better serve the Iraqi people.
