This will never occur. If you are anticipating Iraq to announce, ‘Hey everyone, we will revalue the currency on September 5th, so go ahead and purchase as much as you can,’ that will not happen… It would lead to an economic disaster for them… If [the communications minister] is making this information public, it suggests that the CBI is likely working on several significant matters… I anticipate that the CBI will issue a statement within the next 24 to 72 hours that will support the communications minister’s announcement.
