What the CBI governor says [today] and what they have said in the past are completely contradictory to each other. You have August 26, 2026 the CBI explicitly denies that the zero deleted notes were printed. Then September 9, 2026 you have reports of a completely new currency series…When officials say no currency is being printed are they referring to zero deleted banknotes or entirely new currency series?
