The Ministry of Finance has instructed all ministries, government institutions, and governorates to move forward with granting employee allowances and promotions and to complete all related administrative and financial procedures according to existing regulations.
In a statement, the ministry said the Finance Minister directed the release of due allowances and promotions for state employees to ensure that workers receive their financial and career benefits without unnecessary delays.
The ministry explained that these entitlements will not be affected by the procedures outlined in Ministerial Circular No. 137137. Certain cases covered under separate regulations, including political dismissal cases and certificate calculations, will continue to be handled according to their specific legal procedures.
Officials said the decision reflects the government’s commitment to protecting employee rights and ensuring that workers receive the benefits they have earned.
The ministry added that releasing allowances and promotions is part of broader efforts to support government employees, improve job stability, and strengthen confidence in public sector institutions.
Government agencies have been instructed to complete the required procedures as quickly as possible so eligible employees can receive their benefits without further delays.
